Private Sessions

Private sessions provide one-on-one attention with your instructor.  These sessions are perfect for learning the fundamentals of Pilates, enhancing your overall training for sports, healing from an injury, or simply enjoying the personal one-on-one experience.  Your instructor will cater and accommodate each session to your specific needs and goals.

Semi-private/ small group sessions

Semi-private sessions/ Small group  (Duets, Trios, and max up to 4 clients) These sessions give you the energy and the fun of moving with more people without sacrificing quality of instruction and personalized attention.  With a maximum of 4 people per class, your instructor will be able to cater to your unique needs and goals. This is perfect for a friend or two, co-workers, relatives, or couples. Workout partners are perfect to help keep each other accountable and motivated.
